The project involves a complete renovation of the ground floor for Imédia’s new offices, including a conference room, a dining area, enclosed offices, an open workspace, and spaces available for rent to other entrepreneurs.

The wooden slats on the ceiling create a canopy above the open area, integrating the lighting fixtures while also helping to reduce sound reverberation in the space. ↓

The desire to provide natural light to all employees guided the overall layout. The open area is positioned along the windows, while the central space houses the offices for directors and project managers. ↓

The glass volume allows light to penetrate through to the back, reaching the conference room and dining area. The central block also facilitates smooth and open circulation between the various spaces. ↓

The existing vault was also highlighted in the conference room. The basement includes a photography studio, a second informal meeting room, and additional service spaces. ↓
